We also use the information to monitor usage of our site in general.

  • to provide you with answers to your questions, queries or comments you have requested in the contact form ‘Message area’.

San Leon shall endeavour to ensure that any personal information and/or data it holds is kept secure. However, we cannot accept any liability for information obtained through unauthorised access to the website.

How do we protect personal information?
We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed. In addition, we limit access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business need to know. They will only process your personal data on our instructions and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality.

We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected personal data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where we are legally required to do so.

You may wish to exercise this right for any reason, for example where it is no longer necessary for us to continue holding or processing your personal data you may withdraw your consent.
